Registration Reception for Admits and Partners (light breakfast)
Location: Jon M. Huntsman Hall (JMHH) – Baker Forum (lower level)
Please enter Huntsman Hall from the Walnut Street entrance where you will be greeted by current students. Follow signs for registration where you will receive your nametag and cluster assignment. Drop off your coat and luggage at the coat check, and enjoy some breakfast and fuel up for the day!

Homeroom Introductions
Location: JMHH Homerooms
During homeroom introductions, every person will have the opportunity to introduce themselves. Not only will you have the opportunity to learn about the current students in the room, but please come prepared to introduce yourself and mention your undergraduate institution, current place of work, and a fun/unique fact about yourself.

Location: Annenberg Center
Current students will escort you to the Annenberg Center of the Performing Arts for a welcome ceremony. You will have the opportunity to hear from Dean Geoffrey Garrett, Vice Dean Howie Kaufold, Deputy Vice Dean Maryellen Reilly, Director of Student Life Eddie Banks-Crosson, and current students.

Career Session with Student Panel I

During two back-to-back career sessions, you will hear from a MBA Career Management advisor, as well as current students who recruited and/or interned in that industry. Topics of discussion will include professional clubs and conferences, career treks, and recruiting trends.

International students are a vital part of the Wharton community, and MBA Admissions invites all admitted international students to learn about the strong network of support that exists within. Please join MBA Admissions staff and current international students at this casual reception, to ask questions, hear insight, and meet other admitted students from outside the United States.

Club Pub
Location: 23rd Street Armory (Center City, Philadelphia)
Current students will escort you to center city to the Armory. Enjoy light appetizers and beverages as you mix, mingle, and learn more about clubs at Wharton.

Relax, eat lunch, and hear from current students on how they found and secured housing in Philadelphia.

Team Creativity Exercise
Location: JMHH Homerooms
At Wharton you will be a part of 15 to 20 teams over the course of your two years. This exercise is a chance to experience the Wharton learning team environment and connect with others in a fun, relaxed setting.
3:30PM - 4:00PM
Cross Cluster Networking
Location: JMHH Baker Forum (lower level)
Mingle and meet admitted students from the other 3 clusters. Take advantage of the time to meet new friends (and possible roommates).
4:00PM - 4:30PM
Closing Ceremony
Location: JMHH Baker Forum (lower level)
Close out the weekend and come together to hear closing remarks from Director of Student Life Eddie Banks-Crosson, and select student leaders.

Club Happy Hours

Relax during your free time or attend one or two of the various club events around Center City.

Small Group Dinners
Location: Various restaurants, Center City
Small group dinner reservations will be made in a variety of the fantastic Philadelphia restaurants in Center City and Old City. Some will take credit cards and others will be cash only. The typical three-course meal in Philly is approximately $35-$45 per person. You will receive your small group dinner assignment prior to your arrival at Wharton. Each small group dinner will consist of six admits, joined by two current Wharton students.
